Stranger things can happen in Mallorca as well: With a four-part mystery series, Spain once again proves to be a European stronghold for atmospheric horror
For Bel and her brother Pere, the summer camp in the Tramunata Mountains of Mallorca should be a highlight in virtually untouched nature. After the first friendships are made and adventurous goals are set, shows the Spanish vacation island, however, from its rather inhospitable side: Just during the exciting hunt for the so-called "Mòpies" ominous shadows appear in the woods and take their toll: One of the children disappears inexplicably - even from the memory of (almost) all involved. With the help of a guardian who is fortunately also active as a ghost hunter the teenagers go into the Triangle of Silence to find the missing person and to get to the bottom of the inexplicable events . The result: Impressive filmed coming-of-age horror, somewhere between "Picnic on Valentine's Day" and "Stranger Things".
