"Dias de Gallos" is an Argentine HBO production that tells the story of young Leon, who is drawn from the country to Buenos Aires. Stranded in the foreign metropolis, he makes acquaintance with the underground scene of battlerap: two opponents confront each other to hard beats and slam all kinds of invective around the ears. Purely sporting of course, because afterwards they shake hands. Together with the single Rafaela (pop star Ángela Torres) and the photographer Andy he navigates the world of freestyle battlerap and serves himself from bulky first raps to the top of the competitive scene.
