Artificial intelligence in series not only raises fascinating questions in terms of production, but also in terms of content. With "Concordia", a gripping near-fi production from ZDF, which dares to take a prophetic look into an AI-supported future, is now also addressing these questions. Here - initially in the eponymous Swedish model city - the nightmares of classic science fiction authors have become reality: Millions of cameras monitor people's lives here and, thanks to connected artificial intelligence, ensure that crime is as good as extinct. A flourishing utopia that Kopwitz is now set to follow on its 20th anniversary. But a hacker attack and a murder cast a shadow over the project and its background shortly before its expansion. Fans of "Murder at the End of the World" and "Class of 99" can now guess where the futuristic journey is heading...
