Daniel Hetzer is an accomplished producer, entrepreneur, and entertainment executive. He currently serves as the Managing Director & Co-Founder of Turbine Studios in Germany, which has offices in Berlin and London. He has held this position since 2019.

From 2008 to 2010, Daniel also served as the Vice President of Original Programming and International Co-Productions at 20th Century Fox Television in Los Angeles. During this time, he played a pivotal role in developing and executing original programming initiatives for the company. Notable projects included PERSONS UNKNOWN, created by Academy Award winner Christopher MacQuarrie, and DEFYING GAVITY, created by James D. Parriott.

Since 2011, he has worked as a producer. Managing and successfully delivering various high-budget film and television projects for global markets. Some of these projects include the Formula One race epic RUSH, directed by two-time Academy Award-winning director Ron Howard; the historical drama MUNICH – THE EDGE OF WAR starring Academy Award winner Jeremy Irons; the action-packed feature film COLLIDE, featuring Academy Award winners Sir Anthony Hopkins and Sir Ben Kingsley; and the critically acclaimed film DER HAUPTMANN, written and directed by Robert Schwentke.
