Alice Gruia

A Romanian-German actor and filmmaker, Alice Gruia was discovered with her first film, ‘Rodicas’, which was presented at the Berlinale and other festivals worldwide in 2012. Her latest production, the highly-acclaimed ZDF short form series, Lu von Loser, won several international awards and was nominated for Germany’s most prestigious TV awards: "Grimme-Preis" and "Deutscher Fernsehpreis". This year the second season is again part of Seriencamp Festival and will be aired on TV at the end of July. Alice's debut feature film had it's premiere at Max Ophüls Preis in Saarbrücken earlier this year. She just founded her own company Darling Point.
