TERMS AND CONDITIONS SERIENCAMP SUBMISSIONS

  1. Anyone with a great series idea can apply for SERIENCAMP pitching sessions. Please note that you can only enter one submission-category with one project. The project submitted should not have been pitched at a festival or any other public industry event before.
  2. All submissions to SERIENCAMP are free (no submissions fee). SERIENCAMP is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected submissions, which will be disqualified.
  3. The submission process for the SERIENCAMP pitching sessions opens from April 2018 and closes on the 31st of August 2018 at 23:59 GMT.
  4. Applicants must be eighteen (18) years old or over. Proof of age and residence may be required.
  5. Submissions are open to applicants worldwide.
  6. Submissions that do not comply with the Submission Requirements will be disqualified.
  7. Finalists will be notified by email by end of September 2018. Failure to respond to the initial verification notification within seven (7) days or return of notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts will result in the finalist being disqualified from the submissions and a new finalist may be chosen by SERIENCAMP at their sole discretion and election.
  8. Submissions must be made through the online submissions form. SERIENCAMP will manage the online submission process.
  9. All submissions will be read by the official jury of experts appointed by SERIENCAMP. They will select their top scripts and therefore the finalists for every pitching session.
  10. SERIENCAMP has the right to contact applicants for additional information, if required, via the contact details asked through the submission form.
  11. Personal and project data is accessible by authorised personnel of SERIENCAMP and a limited number of external experts for the purpose described in "9.". If selected for one of our pitching sessions, personal and project data will be partly accessible also by other individuals accredited to the same edition of SERIENCAMP. Personal and project data will be stored and processed only for SERIENCAMP purposes.
